The Three Day War of Y2S3 was the inflaming of hostilities between mrunix and the pirates of Skull Cove following the pirates alleged theft of materials from various unprotected Isolationist storehouses scattered throughout New Eden.
In retaliation for this, mrunix purchased land lots through the Land Office surrounding Skull Cove, cramping the pirates opportunities to expand their operations, and ensuring that mrunix will always have a foothold with which to harass them. In counter-retaliation, the pirates purchased their own land claims scattered through Isolationist territory north of New Eden City. Additionally, they burned 19k Mining Camp to the ground.
