Land Rush of Y2S3

The Land Rush of Y2S3 was precipitated by the LEIGH&CO Land Office offering automated, self-serve land licensing through the LeighBoy portable communications & tracking device. Prior to this time, Colonists had to contact a LEIGH&CO agent to complete a transaction, which included a random chance for a drug test and/or invasive interview of family members to prove "good social standing". On the first day of the land rush, over 400 lots were sold to Colonists.
