King Gullup

A large, flabby bullywog, wearing a crown of woven lilies, he is king of Downfall when the Offensive Party first visits. He is loud, rude, pushy, and fond of boiling people in oil.

The severed heads of the previous kings all agree that Gullup is a weak and feckless leader.

He enlisted the help of the party in returning a book stolen from Bavlorna.

Illig, Baron of Muckstom plots to overthrow him. When a note from Illig was discovered in the possession of one of his attendants, Gullup had her arrested and presumably boiled in oil.
