One of the three hags of the Hourglass Coven, she conspired with her sisters to imprison Zabilna and take over Prismeer.

Bavlorna keeps a book filled with every slight and disappointment everyone around her is responsible for, called The Big Book of Bad Blood.

She resides in Downfall and rules Hither. She is an amateur taxidermist.
