Description
Downfall is a small swamp town centered around Bavlorna's cottage, which sits in the center of the lake on 35-foot tall stilts. Bavlorna rules Hither from this location.
Downfall contains such attractions as a bridge lined with severed heads who judge you, a stone gazebo that's sinking into the swamp, a squalid palace, a tree blight, a few houses, and so on.
Government
A monarchy with a court. The current king is Gullup, a fat self-important bullywog. Another bullywog, Illig, is plotting to overthrow him. The court is called the Soggy Court.
