packaging: Updated RPM .spec file:

- Removed client_subpackage definition and therefore reduced the complexity.
- Updated descriptions.
- Replaced /var/lib with %{_libdir}.
- Fixed restart after package upgrade (init.d script target was wrong).
- Added permission and owner/group names in %files list for missing items.
