server: Vivaldi status visualisation updated. Clients can now be disabled/enabled. Other service types than OSD and CLIENT are no longer shown. If there exists exactly one OSD with zero-coordinates (i.e. uninitialised), it is now shown since it won't get new coordinates in absence of peers.
