BabuDB/Java/Replication:

fixed the Makefile for generating Google-Protocol-Buffers RPC infrastructure;
added port of the causing service to heartbeat RPC;
regenerated the Google PBRPC interfaces;
enhanced the generics of the client-adapters to be able to solve the warnings of unchecked casts;
updated the participant-accounting to support multiple instances of replicated BabuDB services at the same server;
fixed a bug that causes crashes caused by multiple instance using the same TimeSync-instance;
fixed a bug that causes freezes caused by blocking flease-message sending;
added a BabuDB-mock infrastructure for testing purposes;
added some unit-test and test configurations (still under development);
