Mister Witch and Mister Light

The proprietors of the Witchlight Carnival.

Mister Light is a lithe, flamboyant elf who wears a dazzling suit of diamond-paned mirrors and fairie wings, and carries a weathervane as a staff. The weathervane identifies the Witchlight Monarch each night of the carnival.

Mister Witch is a stocky elf wearing a top hat. He carries a pocketwatch that is needed to run the Carnival.

They are not the original owners of the Witchlight Carnival, but they have run it for many many years.

They seem friendly, but unwilling (or unable) to discuss certain subjects without applying pressure.
