BACKGROUND

Defendants have been operating an autonomous governmental entity, Skull Cove, of questionable reputation. From this base of operations, Defendants have carried out a number of economic operations, some legitimate, some questionable, and others not. This has included widespread archaeologic and maritime salvage operation in the Wilds, most likely legal. It has included theft from non LEIGH&CO actors, such as the Isos (mrunix) and independent Survivors (captainohair). Crimes against the Isos and other non-citizen groups are outside the purview of this court. 

In addition to salvage operations and petty theft, Defendants have engaged in hostile military acts against the Isos, including massively destructive attacks on at least three Iso settlements, resulting substantial loss of life and property.

COMPLAINT

Defendants are accused (A) of theft of LEIGH&CO property, (B) of operating a racketeering scam whereby stolen LEIGH&CO materials were sold back to unsuspecting third parties for profit.
 
(A) : Defendants stole a variety of property from LEIGH&CO, not limited to:

   * A donkey with a saddle.
   * 24 hoppers.
   * One full set of netherite plus an extra pair of boots and helm.
   * One XP token.
   * Ten stacks of signs from New Eden City.
   * The contents of New Eden City's melon and pumpkin farm, as well as additional jungle wood.

(B) : Defendants did engage in a scheme where End Rods that were stolen from New Eden Train operations were re-sold to other buyers. In at least one event end rods were sold to captainohair for M2,560.

EVIDENCE

Defendants brazenly chronicled at least some of their exploits in a book they entitled "Skull Cove Authority - Treasure Ledger" (Exhibit A). Additionally, LEIGH&CO block logs, and Central Bank transaction logs, as well as shop logs (Exhibit B) support the charges as filed. This treasure ledger was located on a lecturn in Skull Cove and was seized by LC::FORCE agents. 

Additional items were seized:

   * The netherite armor set and pieces stolen from LEIGH&CO and noted in their ledger. (M240,000 value)
   * 91 Diamonds (M14,560 value)
   * 200 Emeralds (M10,000 value)
   * 53 End Rods (M1,325 value)
   * 4070 Blaze Rods (M407,000 value)
   * 75 Ender Pearls (M1,500 value)
   * 154 Magma Cream (M9,856 value)
   * 48 Gilded Blackstone (M2,500 value)
   * M10,592 from prenetic's Central Bank account.
   * M9,978.22 from Adumbbird's Central Bank account.
 
   * TOTAL SEIZED: M707,311.22
  

FINDING AND JUDGMENT

It is the finding of this court that Defendants are guilty of the charges at stated. Seized assets will be placed into a victim's compensation fund and distributed to the afflicted. The finding of this court, based on a survey of the evidence, is that the damages shall be awarded as follows: 75% (M530,483.42) to the Isolationist community given their oversized losses, and 25% (M176,827.80) to captainohair, an innocent merchant and LEIGH&CO citizen in good standing. 

The Skull Cove embassy will immediately suspend all operations and services.

Damage to ISO villages will be reversed.
