Miguel Vector is a spokesperson employed by LEIGH&CO. He is frequently seen after disasters, ironically earning him the nickname "Good News Miguel" for his relentless efforts to put a positive spin on what any reasonable Colonist could only describe as evil.

He is frequently seen in Quntum, drinking heavily.
