Miguel Vector

Miguel Vector is a spokesperson employed by LEIGH&CO. He is frequently seen after disasters, ironically earning him the nickname "Good News Miguel" for his continued failed efforts to put a positive spin on what any reasonably Colonist could only describe as calamity.
