ris: Skeleton of datamodel for RIS + client, barcode interactions, improvements to text handling, WIP on view fragment

ris: ScanFragment edit text box now clears on select automatically. It's an argument as to whether this is a bug or a feature.

ris: Scan edittext now clears on entry (as it will have to on a process), and removes the virtual keyboard if it was visible

ris: Removed OK button from barcode scan fragment because it was redundant; enter serves the same purpose

ris: Refactored to use a common scan fragment for the barcode scan input; refactored to support material design guidelines
