leigh-esp-sdk-service: Added MicroServiceEnvironment

leigh-m3: Removed the filename translation code, removed the ring buffer, now that there is proper disco support. Added URL encoding to solve issues with weird filenames and the front-end proxies.

leigh-m3: Introduced #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY-SEQUENCE and #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY support. Currently is a memory leak.

leigh-m3: Setup for production use. Added a shuffle loader to randomize files. Cleaned up debugging.

leigh-m3-util: Fixed bash backslash bugs. Just the right amount of escaping. Not too little. Not too much.
