lc-mecha-security: Added this new module to bring in PKI infrastructure and crypto processing

lc-mecha-http-server: Refactored this interface to support SSL as well as HTTP. Implemented test-cases using dynamic key generation.
lc-esp-service: Stubbed out this new module.
