- Did some more work on making the Receiver component print ready, cleaned up some holes, made things fit better, and resized some parts to make it look better / more functional.

- Resized various component files so they are all matching the correct print scale: .280.

- Made good progress on turning the receiver pieces into a shell.
- Added the front half of the receiver into comp_EtherDoctor_Receiver_001.blend
- Added little side doodads into comp_EtherDoctor_Doodad_001.blend

- Resized comp_EtherDoctor_Grip_001.blend to from .215 to .280, exported as slice_EtherDoctor_Grip_001.stl

- Added comp_EtherDoctor_Stock_001.blend, comp_EtherDoctor_Stock_002.blend, comp_EtherDoctor_Stock_003.blend

Updated scale to .215 and exported a test print .stl. Grip should be 4.6 inches tall and should fit the hand better.
