packaging: Adapted Gentoo files to new location of Flease.jar.

This breaks the Gentoo files for older XtreemFS versions since the full
path of each .jar file is preserved i.e., currently Flease.jar is
located at /usr/share/{PN}/java/libs/ and not just /usr/share/{PN}/.

Somebody who is familar with Gentoo has to fix this.
