contrib/hadoop: avoid call to getVolumeFromPath in init to set this.fileSystemURI 

getVolumeFromPath calls Filesystem.makeAbsolute, which relies in this.workingDirectory to be set
getHomeDirectory (which set this.workingDirectory) however relies on this.fileSystemURI
