packaging:

 - reworked package layout (this is now a single package with some sub-packages)
 - rpm package name is now lower-case
 - removed XtreemFS-tools.jar (this was just a copy of XtreemFS.jar)
 - allow "make install DESTDIR=/path/" and use this instead of manual mechanisms in the package files
 - added separate "make install-tools"
 - updated "make uninstall" and "make purge"

client:
 - added missing symlink xtfs_mount
