Merge pull request #455 from robert-schmidtke/filehandle-extension

This PR introduces the ability to get the last OSD that was read from/written to. This is especially useful in the Hadoop client, where instrumenting file systems might want to have this information.

It furthermore fixes one path issue during JNI code generation that resulted from converting the Java part of XtreemFS from Ant to Maven.
