OSD:

- Added a simple monitoring. It supports getting data via poll & push (via listeners). Adding of data works only via the put-methods. It also supports multiple datasets and merging of data (see NumberMonitoring).
- updated against interface-changes

OSD-replication:
- revised log-messages
- removed some TODOs from code
- replication flags will be only set and checked through the ReplicationFlags-class
