client:

- initialize_logging may called multiple times now - it will be only instantiated the first time.
- logging will be initialized before the creation of the UserMapping to fix a segmentation fault error
- a --unicore-gridmap or --globus-gridmap does always override the gridmap volume attribute set at the MRC
