packaging: Extended installer for new Windows client.

- automatically install VC Redist 2008 and 2010.
- Add installation directory to PATH and remove it at uninstallation.
- Uninstall CBFS driver at uninstallation.
- Added extra license file to fix UTF8 issue.
- Added note that the CBFS driver installation has to be confirmed.
- Added Windows script which runs command line prompt and prints message for the user how to mount a volume e.g., the one of the demo server.
