client:

- Moved version string into seperate, common header file and set the version to "trunk".
- since revision 2723 xtfsutil --set-dsp could fail due to a missing default value "RAID0" if -p was not given
- Replaced assert() in ~VolumeImplementation with a warning about open file handles.
- Added warning to ~ClientImplementation about open volumes.
