doc: XtreemFS user guide: 

- Added note that it is necessary to change babudb.sync when enabling
  the DIR/MRC replication.
- Added note to specify all DIR replicas in the MRC/OSD configuration
  with the parameters dir_service.<i>.host and dir_service.<i>.port.
