- user guide: Removed Verbatim environment which had commandchars attribute as it was not supported by latex2html.
- user guide: Changed default passphrase to "jks_passphrase" to emphasize that the key store is different from the certs itself.
- Updated default config files to reflect the default SSL instructions of the user guide.
