client: ExecuteSyncRequest:

- Added UUID and address to log output.
- Replaced time() by gettimeofday() for more accurate delays.
- Integrated FileHandleImplementation Read/Write/Truncate retry handling using the UUIDIterator.
- Added flag to differ if the UUIDIterator contains UUIDs or already the addresses itself (needed for DIR and direct MRC (mkfs, ...) requests).
