server: Added new field "address" to UUID mapping which contains the string "hostname:port" as returned by the DIR. Unlike the result of InetSocketAddress.getHostName(), this solution maintains the actual "hostname", which may be configured in every OSD config, in the "xtreemfs.location" xattr value.
