etc: Removed existing init.d scripts and created a template instead which is used by a Bash script to generate the three init.d scripts.

The template contains several fixes in the script:
- No longer using a lock file.
- Corrected run level as reported by Rémy Garrigue.
- Fixed detection of a crashed service at start.
