server: Modified all unit tests to start logging based on the contants SetupUtils.DEBUG_LEVEL and SetupUtils.DEBUG_CATEGORIES. Consequently, the log level is reduced from DEBUG to WARN and only important messages will be logged in the nightly junit test log.
