client: test: Fix client SSL tests.

The tests did fail on systems, where TMPDIR had been different to "/tmp/".
Also the changes to the logging in commit 2e4a1bf1 did prevent the tests to
log to the correct file because logging hasn't been shutdown in the test
teardown method.
