interface: views: Update protobuf generated c++ files.

During the previous changes to the interface the c++ files have not been
generated. This commit is updating the c++ files that had to be regenerated to
to the previous interface changes:

a6334710ed542551a6087188141f9fe046e2edd8 servers/interface: Rename
  InternalFetchInvalidatedOperation to InternalRWRAUthStateInvalidatedOperation.
8cbb49af166d954293ee45d9c7624af00a9016b2 interface: Remove InstallXLocSet
  Operation.
