packaging: Removed build-service/xtreemfs-check-packages because they are no longer needed.

It was planed to generate "check packages" which would try to install the regular packages for each distribution and run a minimal test set.

We have implemented the same functionality using VirtualBox and some bash magic on a local machine. Therefore, these check-packages are no longer necessary.
