tests: xtestenv: Modified test scripts to create a test environment using an XtreemFS installation installed through packages.

This way, one can install the regular xtreemfs-server and xtreemfs-client packages and only checkout the "tests" directory from the SVN and run all tests. Later, we can probably also package the "tests" SVN directory as an extra package which could be installed seperately.
