foundation:

- Fixed RPCNIOSocketClient to catch NotYetConnectedException.

This may happen when executing a read() or write() on a channel. Consequently, the exception specification of the own wrapper class ChannelIO was extended.

- Changed debug output from "connection established" to "connection created" since the connection is not established yet at this point.
