packaging: Reversed dependency list of boost packages for Debian based

distributions.

In Ubuntu 12.04 it happened that the client was linked against 1.46 and 1.48
boost libraries since only some of them were available in version 1.46
and 1.46 was mentioned before 1.48 in the list of dependencies.
