client,server,docs:

- "WaRa" policy no longer allowed to set (in xtfsutil or MRC). Instead "WaR1" has to be used to avoid confusions.
In consequence, all files set to "WaRa" have to be updated to "WaR1", for instance by recursively executing xtfsutil on all files of a volume:
  find /mnt/xtreemfs/ -type f -exec xtfsutil -r WaR1 {} \;
- "WaRa" policy marked as deprecated in the OSD, but still functional.
- XtreemFS userguide updated accordingly.
- Aliases added for replication policies (fixes issue 196).
