Use of Docker is encouraged, Java is discouraged.

There is no good choice here.
Code must be refactored, libraries updated, Java baselines increased.
Any change in S3Mock could break any number of customer integrations
that use your Java libraries.

Also, the S3Mock-Starter only needed for Java integrations prevents
refactorings.
Also, I want to migrate the S3Mock to Kotlin.
