Generate bucketName from Method, minor fixes 

UrlConnectionHttpClient does not support all current S3 API behaviour.
Running IntegrationTests against a real S3 Bucket throws errors that
tell us to migrate to ApacheHttpClient...
ALso, poll for deleted buckets and assert that deletion was successful.
