Consolidate putS3Object and copyS3Object methods, fix usage

Only implement actual put and copy once.
Persist "contentEncoding" when storing objects with "encryption" now.
This adds deleteOnExit() for "encrypted" objects, which was forgotten
due to separate implementations before.
