Configuration: merged MasterConfig and SlaveConfig to ReplicationConfig

Replication: changed the behavior:

Replication will now be started in inactive slave mode. One of the replication participants configured in the replication. Properties has now to declare itself to the replication master. This master will dominate all the other participants and make them to slaves.

Replication-Interfaces: regenerated toMaster() has now no parameters anymore
Tests + Sandbox: adjusted
