BabuDB/Java/replication:

fixed some issues occurring at the Proxy-infrastructure caused by the ResponseManager introduction;
added a replication-configuration-flag for redirection of local request instead of automatically sending a Proxy message;
restructuring of the replication-logic as preparation of further code cleanup;
known issues: possible problems on automated failover (needs cleanup on locks used on BabuDB components within the
replication)
