BabuDB/Java/Replication:

added separated change-log;
updated the proxy to use ResultSet instead of Iterator<Entry> as return value on range requests;
updated the backup mechanism defined in FileIO;
added some more qualified restrictions to the ReplicationConfig for backup-dir, base-dir and log-dir to prevent infinite loops on backup;
