replication: - a new flag in the logEntry implementation enables a summarized view of the replication of inserts, create-, copy- and delete-operations
- therefore a lot of changes in the interface of the replication, the logic, babuDB itself and nearly all components were necessary
- a lot of code could be removed, to make maintenance much more easier
