BabuDB/Java/Replication:

added modified Foundation content (lib/PBRPC.jar) to dependencies-list to circumvent class-loading problems caused by the hierarchy between SystemCL and PluginLoader (CL);
fixed an issue that might have caused the loss of LogEntry s at the ReplicationStage and at the PersistenceManagerProxy;
