BabuDB/Java/replication: Revised ReplicationConfig:

- Removed parameter 'timeSyncInterval'.
- Renamed Flease parameter to the same names as used in ServiceConfig in the XtreemFS foundation.
- babudb.localTimeRenew defaults to 0 now.
- Fixed problem that servers could not be immediately restarted since Socket.setReuseAddress(true) was not used.
- Added more checks and help text for the different combinations of replication policy and sync n.
