Background

Hailing from swampy region of the Mere of Dead Men, Min Needle runs a successful smuggling ring throughout the Mere of Dead Men and the nearby High Road. After successful smuggling operations, Min would take refuge in the swamp amongst the Giant Toads and Bullywugs. She typically runs with a group of Bullywugs, together they are known throughout the Mere of Dead Men and the High Roads as the Dead Men Gang. They are known for selling some high end illicit goods.

Min headed to Icewind Dale to expand her smuggling operations but in the process of expending her network, a job went wrong and now she is stuck in Icewind Dale for the time being. She might as well make it worth while until she can head back to the Sword Coast to reunite with her gang. She landed in the town of Lonelywood due to its known popularity among Rogues. Some say its where you go to lay low until things blow over.

Min Needle is also known as the "Bullywug Queen" in the Mere of Dead Men.

One of her favorite possessions is a small stuffed rabbit who looks like a proper gentlemen, it's name is Bun.
