Sir Televar is a small fairie dragon, and an emissary of the Summer Queen.
He was sent to Prismeer to negotiate an alliance with Zabilna, but found the land changed, as the Hourglass Coven had usurped Zabilna.
He was captured by one of the hags, Bavlorna, who ruled the realm of Hither, and placed in a silver cage. The cage prevented him from casting spells. He escaped in a gas balloon with the help of a bullywog named Wigglewog, but crashed at a leaning tower in the swamp[1].
The party recovered him from the cage, and with the help of Jingle Jangle got the key to open it. Sir Televar gave his sword to Kaira and flew off to inform his mistress of the troubles in Prismeer[2].
