Background
Nimsly is a Halfing who is the Speaker for Lonelywood. She has a few children and he seems very accommodating as she lets strangers stay in her attic due to the Ramshackle Inn being out of commission. She seems warm and inviting, maybe overly so in some cases.
She makes delicious Halfling gingerbread cookies!
