Background
Nimsy is a Halfing who is the Speaker for Lonelywood. He has a few children and she seems very accommodating as he lets strangers stay in his attic due to the Ramshackle Inn being out of commission. He seems warm and inviting, maybe overly so in some cases.
He makes delicious Halfling gingerbread cookies!
